1. Scope & acceptance

These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website (anavaihq.com) operated by Anavai Technologies, an Udyam MSME Registered in Delhi, India (Proprietorship, GSTIN 07BBBPB9772P1Z4). By using this site, browsing it, and submitting any form on it (for example, requesting a demo or a case study) — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The Anavai platform (currently available as a private beta at app.anavai.in) is a separate product with its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available directly at app.anavai.in/terms and app.anavai.in/privacy — this page does not necessarily govern platform usage.

2. Description of service

Anavai provides software for designing, simulating, and analyzing incentive compensation plans. The platform is currently offered as a private beta — features, availability, and pricing may change without notice during this period.

3. Beta access

Beta access may be granted, limited, suspended, or revoked at Anavai’s discretion at any time. Beta features are provided “as is” without warranty of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access it by means other than the interfaces provided, interfering with its normal operation, or using it to violate any applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

The Anavai name, logo, and underlying technology are the property of Anavai Technologies. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks, logos, or proprietary methodology beyond what is necessary to use the service as intended.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anavai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
